Tea factory, workers, tea estate, black tea, Bangladesh

After tea pickers were bringing the harvest to the Tea factory of the Tea Estate, those workers are in charge to prepare the first drying of the tea leaves. Tea leaves are left on long carpets where a fan is blowing air under them for several hours. It is also a way to sort the branches and tea waste out before processing it. After that the tea factory workers bring the tea leaves to be processed inside the Tea factory by the CTC method (Crush, Tear and Curl), which is the most developed way to process tea leaves in order to make black tea.
